Established as a private limited company in 1979 Young Black became a part of the Indutrade family of companies in 2017. Indutrade are a decentralised Swedish PLC, who own more than 250 companies across Europe. The philosophy of decentralisation allows each company to plan and execute its own growth. Young Black was always a strong company, but now has the additional strength of a large PLC.
We are seen in the market with 3 main brands:-
MAX – we have distributed MAX products within the UK and Ireland since 1995 and on behalf of MAX put this high quality brand firmly on the map.
MONTANA – This is our “house brand”. Existing alongside MAX it has allowed us to broaden our range of products and supply and larger market (industrial and distribution).
BECK – Beck fasteners are a high quality, innovative fastening company based in Austria with sales across the world.
Our core business is the supply of specialist collated fastenings to industry and construction.
