SPR Construction Ltd has been operating principally in West London and the surrounding area for in excess of 25 years.
Our work is focused within the residential market where projects include full property refurbishment, the construction of extensions and new build annexes, and adding entire new storey’s including both loft conversions and basement excavations.
We have constructed many differing styles of extensions, many in keeping with the period design of the property, using traditional building materials as well as contemporary and more modern, metal and glass structures.
We tend to take on no more than two or three projects at any one time ensuring that ongoing contracts are properly scheduled and organised with our own personnel undertaking the main construction elements of the work.
