Ian J. Potts Associates operates from our base at Hornby near Lancaster, throughout the Lake District, West Yorkshire and North Lancashire.
We believe that there is a need for a personal service in an area in which many clients have little expertise, but which represents the largest single investment most people will ever make.
As a small, totally independent professional practice, with no involvement in the estate agency business, we are well placed to offer clients the service, which they need to make the best possible use of their investment, at a realistic fee. All projects are personally supervised by the principal, and carried out by experienced personnel.
We are always happy to meet with a prospective client to discuss your requirements, and to explain how we may be able to assist with any particular problem, initially on a ‘no obligation, no fee’ basis.
