In most cases, people visit a swimming pool because they want to, not because they are forced to. They will of course have a purpose for the visit, whether that be for recreation, relaxation, training, exercise, learning or even rehabilitation. Whatever the purpose of the visit, it is important to us that they enjoy the whole experience. We aren’t in control of all the building facilities that form part of that experience, but the one thing we can get absolutely perfect is the swimming pool. Our focus is entirely on the bather and making the swimming environment meet all their needs and exceed their expectations. This requires a safe, fun and functional swimming environment.
