Building Design Services was created by Paul Mitchell in 2007. Paul has over 30 years experience of working on many prestigious projects in the private, commercial and public sector of the Industry. Paul has built up an excellent reputation over these years and prides himself on providing a friendly, efficient and professional service. Over this period Paul has forged good working relationships with many local builders, developers and professional people within the industry and is therefore very well placed to provide a complete range of services.
Paul has been a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) since 1992 and became an incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building in 2000.
Building Design Services itself is registered with Construction Line and also gained accreditation with the Contractors Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS) which demonstrates its continuing commitment to providing a professional service. Building Design Services also holds extensive Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
