Established in April 2005 we are based in Ramsgate Kent and work in the surrounding area covering as far from our base in Thanet to Dover, Folkestone, Canterbury and Faversham.
We do both Plumbing and Domestic Gas central heating and are members of the Gas Safe Register and Water approved Plumbers Scheme and. We carryout repairs to all Naturals Gas boilers and also operate a 24 hour emergency callout for all plumbing works except drainage.
Charges: Please do not hesitate to ask our charges when calling as callout out rates are far higher than standard scheduled works.
Heating Breakdowns: We do charge for the initial fault diagnostics on heating systems but 50% of this charge is refundable if agreed recommended repairs are subsequently carried out by us.
Emergency callouts: these are designated by attendance to a property outside of normal working hours of 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday but are also influenced by scheduled works where by immediate assistance will incur callout rates.
